Withdrawals from Swerte888 can only be made to payment methods that are registered in your own name and match your verified account identity. You cannot withdraw to a third-party GCash account, bank account, or card that does not belong to you. During a suspension, access to the account is restricted and pending transactions may be placed on hold.

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting the Swerte888 support team. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 5 business days.
